BaconFest Cape Town 2015 - 10
The next installation of BaconFest Cape Town is happening on 5 December 2015 in Woodstock at the popular La Bottega Restaurant.
The event is divided into an afternoon and evening sitting, where you can 'pig out' to your hearts content. Yes, you heard right, eat all the bacon that your stomach allows! Pork enthusiasts can look forward to the following bacon inspired dishes, including a 'Pork and Bacon Slider, 'Pork and Bacon Frikkadels', 'Mini Pork and Bacon' pizzas, 'Candied Bacon', Potato salad with bacon bits, and much more. If there's a bacon-inspired dish that you're wanting to test it, you probably can at Baconfest - there's even bacon-flavoured popcorn!
The event is a strictly sit down and eat function, please note that no take aways will be permitted. As bacon has a rather salty flavour, you're going to get a little thirsty. Quench your thirst with wine and soft drinks from the cash bar.
The afternoon session of this bacon extravaganza starts at 12pm and the evening session begins at 5pm.
