Welcome to this beautifully renovated and decorated spacious 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Green Point. The apartment features open plan living with shiny high gloss floor tiles reflecting much natural light. Huge double sliding doors open up the living room tothe balcony and invites outside into your living space. The living room features a large comfortable double couch and ottomans to put your feet up after a busy day. A solid wood coffee table matches the 4 seater solid wood dining table and upholstered chairs where you can dine or work in comfort. There is also a matching solid wood TV cabinet with large flat screen TV with NETFLIX and DVD. The kitchen has lots of cupboards and working surface to prepare a decent meal.
