Bosrumoer 2014
Bosrumoer Festival is an action packed festival in the heart of the Bushveld in the North West Province. This event provides visitors with the chance to indulge in some extreme sports, recharge and experience some good old farmers hospitality under the bushveld sun.
This year, the third in Bosrumoer's existence, the festival takes place on 10-12 October 2014 at the Doornrivier 4×4 trail near Zeerust.
Visitors can zoom aroun in a four-wheel car or quad, participate in horse sports, bush golf, and the walking for bibles event. A popular activity is the 'Diamond Rush', where participants sift through a rock pile looking for gems.
There are also various competitions to get involved including a Survivor course, Sniper.22 shooting competition, iron man competition, baby photo competition and Miss Zeerust.
One of the most popular competitions is the MTB race which comprises excellent routes within the bushveld setting with awesome single and jeep tracks. The routes are designed to entertain all levels of expertise and will be a definite test of rider’s skills and fitness due to the variety of course conditions. The 40km and 60km routes include drop offs, technical ascents and descents for the more experienced riders.

There will also be delicious home made meals and snacks, drinks, craft stalls and a play park for the kids.
