rAge 2016 - Cape Town
rAGE, South Africa's largest gaming, computers and technology expo, will be making its way to Cape Town early next year.
The idea to Bring rAGE to Cape Town has been long time in the making, and will finally be brought to the Mother City in 2016.
The expo entitled 'Really Awesome Geek Experiences'- with the orginal being 'the really awesome game expo'- will be run by Michael Jones and the team behind the annually held event. While the inaugural events aims to emulate its Johannesburg counterpart, enthusiasts can also expect a Nag Lan event which is to feature over 576 gamers.
The 2-day event include a selection of games, tech, hardware, cosplay, and 'a whole lot of caffeine'.
Here is what you can expect from the event:

• Computer hardware and software
• Gaming retail stores
• Gaming apparel and accessories
• Local game development studios (independent games)
• ESports events
• International game developers (on the stage and behind closed doors)
• Media and creative arts colleges,
• Graphic art signings
• Comic books (such as Superman and Batman,
• Cosplay (people dressing up as their favourite fantasy characters)
• Anime
• Role-playing
• Digital lifestyle gear (micro drones, 3D printing and gadgets)
Tickets for the Nag Lan Event go on sale on 1 December 2015.
