The Taste of PE 2015 - 4
The much-anticipated three-day festival, Taste of PE, is soon to be launched at the Boardwalk Casino on the 6th November 2015 in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.
This inaugural event sees the coming together of Port Elizabeth's dedicated foodies with the city's most acclaimed restaurants and a host of food, drink and wine exhibitors.
Says Lucy Tully,Taste Marketing Manager,'We have gone out of our way to represent the culinary delights of the Eastern Cape region, ensuring this year’s event will be the start of an annual celebration that will become the most eagerly anticipated culinary occasion of the year'.
6 top-notch restaurants will be preparing a series of their starter-sized, signature dishes which will reflect their individual philosophies as well as showcasing a range of seasonal and premium ingredients in an alfresco- styled setting.
For those looking for a more laid-back market affair, peruse a wide spectrum of stalls featuring boutique exhibitors, artisan producers, premium drink brands and award-winning wineries, and sample some of the finest food, drink and wines on offer in the Eastern Cape.
These events not only provide culinary delights for the foodie, but also provides a platform to up-and-coming exhibitors to have their brands recognised through engagement with a high net worth audience.

The festival will be opened to the public from 6 pm - 10 pm on Friday 6th November; 12: 30 pm - 10 pm on Saturday 7th November; and 12 pm - 5 pm on Sunday 8th November. Please note that 'scoins' are the festival's currency of choice and can be purchased via credit card or cash at the Taste Bank or from the Scoin Sellers who will be milling through the crowds - hard to be missed as they'll be dressed in pink.
