Dana Bay Reviews
Dana Bay
We loved Dana Bay - it's a lovely quaint seaside 'village' so peaceful and quiet and there were so many birds around and we even got to see some bucks prancing around. Definitely a place to go and unwind and relax and escape from the rat race. If you're looking for some excitement - Mossel Bay is just a few minutes drive away. The beach is lovely but due to the cold weather we didn't get to appreciate it as much so we will definitely have to return :)

Dana Bay
Historically brilliant - some amazing old buildings. Fresh fish to fill anyone. People were friendly and helpful, just take don't look down on the Robinson Pass through Outeniqua Mountains!

Mossel Bay is an excellent place for a holiday. We enjoyed it so much we want to retire in the Do Santos retirement village

Dana Bay
Mossel Bay is an absolutely fabulous place to visit. From the beautiful view of the bay itself to all the friendly people I met there and also not forgetting it's proximity to all the other wonderful places you can see on the Garden Route. My personal dream is to raise my two boys there and I am working day and night on making this a reality.

Dana Bay
Dana Bay is a very tranquil setting outside of Mossel Bay. Beaches are beautiful and quiet. The area itself is of the more mature / retirement age group and we did not see many children around. Besides the grocery shop and odd pub, there are no amenities in the immediate vicinity which means that one has to drive out to Mossel Bay (15kms) or George (40kms) for a decent meal. It is a great place to set up a base for a garden route holiday.
