The property is situated 500 m from shops and restaurants, 2 km from Ingwe Beach and Estuary boardwalk, 3 km from St Lucia Game Reserve and Crocodile Centre St Lucia and Jabula Beach and 28 km from Mtuba Mall. The area enjoys a tropical climate which brings consistently hot weather all year round. June to November is the wet season and is often characterised by heavy showers and thunderstorms. The warm Indian Ocean allows swimming all year round and there are beaches as far as the eye can see.
