The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. I arrived late at night and had forgotten my toothbrush, and they even had a toothbrush and toothpaste in stock - small, but helpful touches! (along with rusks in the kitchen, and nice toiletries in the bathroom, and big fluffy towels)
