Overview

Set in "Old Kommetjie", 150 m from the shore, this free-standing (Covid appropriate) open-plan family home has great sea views and a lush garden.
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, it is a 2-minute walk to the sea, the local village shops, pubs and restaurants.
The main bedroom has an en suite and a queen-sized bed. There is a double and a single bed in the second bedroom. The front room has 2 beds that can be joined to make a queen sized bed. Linen and towels are provided (beach towels are provided on request).
The house is fully equipped and includes full DSTV, Netflix, a dish-washer, washing machine, braai, fireplace, free Wi-Fi and an automated single garage.
No facilities are shared.
