40 Montage Village is a 4 bedroom (sleeps 8) holiday house offering a perfect place to spend a relaxed carefree holiday. Overlooking a bird sanctuary and in a secure complex the house is centrally situated in the village - walking distance to the shops, restaurants, the lagoon and a few minutes drive to a choice of beautiful beaches.
Situated 25km from Knysna and 40km from George, Sedgefield is known as a relaxed village with a temperate climate and strong outdoors tourism industry. It boasts unspoilt beaches, the Swartvlei River estuary, several smaller lakes, nature reserves, indigenous forests, plantations and a wide array of outdoor activities including paragliding, birdwatching, mountain biking, fishing, sailing, surfing, kite surfing, rowing and more. The town is home to the award-winning Wild Oats Community Farmers Market every Saturday morning.
The house has 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 people. It has a large open plan living area opening onto the patio. There is a fireplace for chilly evenings and a TV with DVD player and DSTV (please bring your own card). The kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy the awesome sunsets and views of the Outeniqua mountains as you braai on the patio.
