Overview

This 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms is 1,2 km from the beach and 4km from the main beach in Melkbosstrand.

The apartment is seperate from the main house with seperate entrance, court yard with braai facility and double garage.

Upstairs are 2 loft bedrooms with double beds, air con and full bathroom with bath and shower. The stairs leading to the loft rooms are steep and might be unsuitable for toddlers or the elderly. The 2 loft rooms share a bathroom - walk through the one room to the bathroom - guests must feel comfortable with this. Downstairs are 1 bedroom (double) (air con) with bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. There is satellite TV and wifi. I do supply bedding and bath towels.
The kitchen and living room is small but well equipped.


CONDUCT RULES;

Due to strict rules no groups of young adults or students are allowed.
The other residents of the area must ALWAYS be considered. No loud music or parties allowed at the unit or any other behaviour that is disturbing the other residents of the neighbourhood.
No extra guests are allowed unless you have notified Heloise. .
No smoking in unit.
If the guests do not adhere to these rules they will be asked to leave without any refunds.
