A suitable location for people wanting peace and quiet. There are pleasant mountain walks right next to the property and it is very securely located being right next door to the police station and to the courthouse with 24 hour security. The property is located in a cul-de-sac so there is very little traffic in this road. Centrally located for all sightseeing and very good restaurants and cafes in the vicinity as well as a supermarket and liquor stores. It is a 5 minute walk from Muizenberg train station should clients be without a car.
It is a 5 minute walk directly to the most beautiful beach in Cape Town.
Amenities include 2 bathrooms, one with a large walk in shower and the other one with a brand newly renovated walk in shower and hand held shower. 2 bedrooms with designer modern beds, dining room, living room, and fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, microwave and also regular oven, fridge/freezer. Maid service available normally twice a week and in high season possibly more. Should you require more than this, it can be arranged for an extra fee.
The perfect spot to get away from it all where you can feel like the king of the castle. You are unlikely to find a better view anywhere at all in the world! Please note, no guests of clients permitted on the property, only the exact number of people booked in, no parties and no loud music as courtesy to the other guests.
