Situated in the village, Hout Bay (a suburb of Cape Town, South Africa), Abalone Beach Cottage offers exquisite seaside living a few paces from a magnificent beach and within walking distance of a diverse selection of banks & shops, excellent restaurants, art galleries, and adventure sports. The hustle & bustle of Cape Town CBD is only a few minutes away, whilst slightly further afield all the delights of the Cape are at your disposal.
Abalone 1 is a duplex unit with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms (main bedroom is en-suite). The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, with the lounge, dining room and kitchen downstairs.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.
The ensuite bathroom has a bath and the 2nd bathroom has a shower.
The patio has sea & mountain views, and the courtyard has Mountain View. There is a secure underground parking with direct access to the unit.
Abalone 2 is a garden unit with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms (main bedroom is en-suite). The bedrooms, bathrooms, lounge, dining room and kitchen are all on ground level.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bedroom has two three-quarter beds.
