The four bedrooms are tastefully decorated, each with an en-suite bathroom and lead out onto a balcony. This is a wonderful holiday home to kick off your shoes and surrender to the natural beauty of Keurbooms and the golden stretch of beach. There is a well kept garden area around the cottage and a large communal swimming pool in the estate. The cottage is equipped with security beams and an alarm and there is an inverter for use during power outages. Open parking available in the estate. The property is equipped with an inverter and battery for power outages. There is a refundable breakage deposit of R5000 which is collected by bank transfer and refunded back to the tenant by bank transfer.
