What a wonderful place to stay and so beautifully set up with everything we could possibly need. If both back doors to the braai area at unit 1 could open properly (only 1 opened) it would have been 100% perfect.

Anglers Court is perfectly central and everything is within walking distance. We never used our car even with the bad weather we had. We loved the privacy of our room. Will definitely make use of them again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Anglers Court and will certainly return! We wish the weekend was longer to truly appreciate the great accommodation. Many log fires were lit and lots of wine was drank! Would definitely recommend for a romantic weekend away. The chalet was neat and clean and had almost everything we needed (barring a wine bottle opener).

We arrived around 17.15 on a Saturday and had to phone 2 different numbers to Enquire about the keys. When we wanted to have a hot shower before going to dinner it turned out that the geyser was switched off. Coming back after dinner (the outside light at our unit did not work which made for a dangerous few yards to our room) we wanted to switch on the electric blankets but there was only one two-point plug in the room and no matches or fire-lighter to light the neatly piled wood next to the fireplace. The next morning we awoke early with the sound of a generator and building work right next to us (a weekend builder that clearly has done this forever as he was working on the roof?), which noise continued until 17.30 the Sunday afternoon. On Monday morning the building work started at 7.00. At no point did anyone contact us to ask if we are happy or settled in at Anglers Court. The place has potential but I was dissapointed that I picked Angler's Court especially since we took two German guests with us. Unfortunately, we won't return.
