This apartment is situated on the second floor and is nicely elevated overlooking Basin 2 of the Island. All furnishings and interior decorating has been beautifully custom designed. The open plan area consists of a TV lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the lounge there is a large plasma screen with satellite and DVD player with surround sound and there are folding stack doors that open up extending the apartment onto the patio. The dining room seat 8 people and is next to the breakfast island in the kitchen.
The unit consists of 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and French-doors opening up on the outside covered balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed with its own private balcony. The third bedroom will sleep 4 and has one plantation bunker bed and two single beds that can be put together to make another King size bed and also has a private balcony.
