From R320 PPS
Aqua Terra means 'water and earth' in Latin, this is clearly portrayed as the Sterkspruit River flows along the outskirts of this one hectare property, amidst shady willow trees and rolling lawns. The relaxed nature lover can enjoy their coffee in the lapa, looking at the sunrise over the Longtom pass, or the busy adventurer can have a mountain bike ride in Gustav Klingbiel Nature Reserve.
Lydenburg is the ideal stop over to the Kruger National Park, (315 km from Johannesburg and 180km to Kruger Gate). Other attractions from Lydenburg:
Longtom pass 5 km
Dullstroom 55 km
Sabie 55 km
Nelspruit 100 km
Graskop 70 km

Exceptional service, just what you would expect from a family run Guest House. Beautiful suite with large bathroom and bath tub ! Well maintained grounds but the security gate is for show only as its open on the side and I was worried about break-ins with the car being outside. Beds were comfortable. Fan was not adequate for the room and made too much noise but I will definitely return.

Owners were very friendly and helpful. They met all our requirements and were willing to go the extra mile. Strongly recommended.

The cleanest, friendliest and most helpful people own this guest house. The pet dog is also very friendly! Will definitely pass this on to anyone wanting to spend a night/stopover for a few days. Nothing is too much for them. There is a huge open area that one can enjoy and it is also close to the river.

We needed one night to stay over. Aqua Terra is real value for money. The hosts were the best that ever cross my path in all my stays away from home. If ever I need accommodation in Lydenburg again, Aqua Terra will be my first choice
