This old house, which was originally built in 1935, is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of cosmopolitan
Melville. Guests are away from the hustle and bustle of Melville, but are still close enough to visit the abundance
of small shops, cafes and trendy restaurants in the neighbourhood - a short drive of 1,3kms.
Four rooms are situated inside the main house and two self catering units are available for longer stays.
Each room has a private balcony/patio or access to the main patio. Rooms are luxuriously equipped with en-suite
bathrooms (with bath and shower) built-in cupboards, tea/coffee facilities, bar fridge, percale cotton
bed linen of the finest quality, hair dryer, bath robe, clock radio and satellite television.
Other facilities include a luxurious lounge to enjoy a cup of coffee or to relax with a book from our small library,
a spectacular patio with amazing views, a sparkling pool and lush garden. The entire house is at all times
yours to enjoy. This is your home away from home.
Dinners and Sunday lunches are available on request Accommodation includes a full English breakfast, which is
served in the dining room or on the patio should weather permit.
The guest house is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is permitted outside on the patio.
