3 Atlantik Sicht is a luxury self-catering apartment in the premier holiday resort of Swakopmund, recently built and located between the famous Swakopmund Jetty and the Aquarium. It is a fully equipped very modern apartment with a stunning 180 degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and the jetty, located within walking distance to all amenities.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, main en suite. One with bath and shower, the other with a shower, both with heated towel rails. Linen is 210 thread count percale and towels are also provided.
Fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, crockery, microwave etc) and laundry ( washing machine and tumble dryer), Two flat screen LCD TV's with full DSTV bouquet. Double garage, small garden and patio furniture.
For security the apartment is fully alarmed.
