The main bedroom, furnished with queen size bed en-suite to a full bathroom (luxury bath and shower). Sliding doors open on to Jacuzzi area. Second bedroom, furnished with queen size bed. Sliding doors open on to patio. Third bedroom, furnished with two single beds (convertible to king size bed on request). Sliding doors open on to private stoep area. Second bathroom consists of separate toilet, separate shower and separate luxury bath with basin.
Elevated patio with soothing views equipped with built-in braai, 8-seater outdoor table & chairs and a relaxing Jacuzzi.
One automated lock-up garage and one under-cover carport.

Fully contained, downstairs flat with external entrance, consisting of:
Very spacious air conditioned bedroom, furnished with queen size bed, two single beds and a single sleeper couch. Large full bathroom (luxury bath and shower) with built-in cupboards. Compact, well-equipped kitchen.
