Overview

Bella Vista Villa is a beautifully appointed Luxury Villa situated across the road from Kleinkrantz beach, Wilderness.

Occupying a prime beachfront location, enjoy full sea views as well as dolphin and whale watching from the comfort of your abode. Kleinkrantz is a popular destination for paragliding, long beach walks and fishing. Wilderness is within easy reach too, home to a variety of restaurants, shops and great swimming beaches.

Bella Vista Villa comprises of five bedrooms, all en-suite, and accommodates up to ten people very comfortably. There is a sleeper couch in the one room, which accommodates a maximum of two small children under 12 years old only – subject to additional charge.

Split on two levels, house features includes an upstairs lounge area with sofas and large flatscreen smart TV, plus 8-seater dining table and built-in BBQ/Braai, all with full sea views. This room has sliding doors which lead onto a private sea-facing balcony with plunge pool / heated jacuzzi. Downstairs is a spacious open-plan room with 10-seater dining table and fully equipped kitchen. There is a seperate scullery (with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher) which has direct access into the garage. There is also a guest toilet and outdoor shower. Additional features include uncapped wifi, double automated garage, pool table & darts board (both in the garage), an alarm, electrical fencing as well as a fully enclosed garden.

There is a full inverter system for loadshedding.

There is direct access to the beach right infront of the house, via a public boardwalk.

Ideal for a family, group of golfers, couples seeking a romantic sea-side stay or group of friends travelling together.

NOTE: There are no blinds in the downstairs dining/kitchen area or upstairs in the lounge/braai area. All the bedrooms have blinds.

Rates valid until 9 December 2026. Peak Season (10 Dec 2025 - 10 Jan 2026) Min 5 nights. Summer Season (11 Jan - 30 Apr; 25 Nov - 9 Dec) Min 2 nights. Easter 2026 (3 - 6 April) Min 3 nights. Winter Season (1 May – 31 July) Min 2 nights. Mid Season (1 Aug - 24 Nov) Min 2 nights. - There are no blinds in the downstairs dining/kitchen area or upstairs in the lounge/braai area. All the bedrooms have blinds. - There is an inverter/solar back up electricity supply for loadshedding. There is also a gas stove top and rechargeable lights. - Smart TV (no DStv). - Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1500 management fee and R 4000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT. - R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00. - There is an inverter back up electricity supply for loadshedding. There is also a gas stove top and rechargeable lights. - Smart TV (no DStv). - R 4000 in cash as breakages deposit upon check-in (or pre-paid via EFT for local RSA residents). - R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00. - A maximum of 10 people sharing in 5 ensuite bedrooms. Please do not exceed this number on any given night. - Additional 2 children under 12 years old can be accommodated on a sleeper couch in the one bedroom at an extra R 500 per children sharing per night. This upon prior request only and pre-payment is required. - This house isn’t equipped to be child friendly. Do take care of small children at this house as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings, also no safety net on the splash pool/jacuzzi. The owners and property management company will not be held liable in any way. - Please bring your own baby camp cot & high chair with. - Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels. - Regret, no pets are allowed on the property. - No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets. - Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please. - Noise policy: Bella Vista Villa is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting. No loud music or noise will be tolerated and the owners and property management company reserves their rights. - A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time. - Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry. - This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
