Villieria is a suburb located in the northern part of Pretoria, within the larger City of Tshwane. It is known for its peaceful environment and tree-lined streets, and it shares borders with Rietfontein to the northwest and Queenswood to the southeast. The Waverly Plaza is about 800 metres from the guesthouse with restaurants and takeaways. Koedoespoort train station is about 800 m from the property.
