Boston Ivy is a self-catering flatlet located on the owner's premises in Boston, Cape Town. It is ideal for an individual traveller or a couple visiting the area, looking for comfortable accommodation near a variety of amenities.

The flatlet is tastefully decorated with 1 bedroom that is furnished with 2 single beds. The flatlet also comprises a kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a 2-plate stove with oven as well as crockery and cutlery. The bathroom is fitted with basin, shower and toilet and a living area with 3 lounge chairs. The flatlet has its own entrance and also has kettle braai.

It is also equipped with DStv premium and free Wi-Fi. This is a pet-friendly apartment for up to 2 small dogs on pre-arrangement. There is a secure undercover parking for 1 vehicle.

Boston Ivy is situated near several shopping centers including Tyger Valley, Willowbridge, and Century City and the premises are very centrally located so guests can visit the nearby wine routes of Durbanville, Stellenbosch, and Paarl, as well as Cape Town itself. The apartment is also located within a radius of 5 km from Tygerberg Hospital (4,7 km), Louis Leipoldt Mediclinic (1,8 km), Karl Bremer Hospital (2,4 km), Bellville Medical Centre - Melomed Hospital (800 m) and Panorama Mediclinic (6,2 km). We're also only 11,3 km from Cape Town International Airport.
