Bradclin House is situated in Pinelands, a leafy suburb of Cape Town and offers our guests 3 private apartments (suites), each with their own entrance. A swimming pool and tranquil garden invite guests to relax. Bradclin House is very centrally situated for both the leisure and business traveller as we are within easy distance of both the local business districts and the top tourist attractions.

Cape Town is a stunning city and we are well situated for you to enjoy all it has to offer in the way of sightseeing, shopping or gourmet food delights. All units are self-catering.

The “Feathers” suite offers 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed, in a charming apartment. There are doors to a sunroom and garden. Compact channel DSTV, board games, a mini library, magazines are available. The kitchen is equipped with a mini stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. An optional breakfast tray is provided in your suite, if ordered. The bathroom has both a bath and shower facilities, with a separate toilet. Your own entrance ensures privacy.

The Captain's Cabin is a twin bedded room ( or King) with an inter-leading lounge. Facilities include a fridge, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a large corner bath to soak away the stresses of modern living! An outside patio has a large table with 4 chairs. Secure parking is available.

The Pelican Post Studio is upstairs, very cute and cosy with a double bed, a bathroom with a large shower, kitchenette and large leather armchairs.

Free Wi-Fi, safe, iron, ironing board, hairdryer plus a laundry service (extra charge) are all available. Car hire and airport transfers can be arranged. Our comprehensive information brochure details tourist attractions and restaurant guides.

The Captain's Cabin Suite has a twin-bedded bedroom (Or King), adjoining sunroom with double sleeper couch, DSTV, hotplate, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery. Doors lead to the patio and braai area, the bathroom has a large corner bath with hand shower + a separate shower. Secure parking and alarm system.

Feathers Suite

The luxurious feathers suite consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, separate 2nd room with a double bed and a door to a private garden. Selected DSTV, equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet.
