Rates valid to 10 January 2024. Peak Season (10 Dec - 10 Jan) Min 5 nights. Summer Season (11 Jan - 30 Apr; 25 Nov - 9 Dec) Min 2 nights. Easter (29 March - 1 April 2024) Min 3 nights. Winter Season (1 May – 31 July) Min 2 nights. Mid Season (1 Aug - 24 Nov) Min 2 nights. - The house has an inverter for loadshedding, runs basics including wifi and TV but no heavy appliances such as hairdryers or microwaves. There is a gas stove top and rechargeable lights. - Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1250 management fee and R 2000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT. - R 200 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00. - A maximum of 8 people sharing in 4 bedrooms. Please do not exceed this number on any given night. Please bring your own baby camp cot and high chair with. - Do take care of small children at this house as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings. - Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels. - Pets are allowed on the property upon prior request only, subject to owner confirmation. Pet policy applies. - No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets. - Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please. - A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time. - Please use eco-friendly cleaning materials. - Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry. - This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables. Pet Policy applies: - No dogs are allowed on beds or furniture - A surcharge will be charged should we note dogs on beds/furniture to cover costs of cleaning, or if dogs messed in the house and we need to clean carpets etc. after departure - Please keep an eye on your dogs at all times. The house has an enclosed garden with fencing. You need to accept full responsibility of your dogs and not let them wander around unattended, to cause nuisance for neigbors and their dogs - Please clean up after your dogs i.e poop outside - Please bring own dog beds & blankets & feeding bowls with
