Cornerstone Guesthouse offers bed and breakfast accommodation in six double or twin rooms and a family room that can take up to four people. The rooms each have a private entrance and patio with table and chairs overlooking a tranquil and peaceful garden. Inside, the rooms are light, spacious and neat with tile and wood floors, beach house colours and your choice of double or twin beds. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with large solar-assisted showers and modern fittings. There are three 6-sleeper self-catering apartments to book as well. The breakfast room at Cornerstone Guesthouse is large, light & airy and served at individual tables. We offer an inclusive breakfast with a wide selection of fresh fruits, juices, yoghurts, freshly baked breads, preserves and eggs and bacon cooked to order. Wash that all down with our freshly brewed coffee or your choice of tea and you'll be ready to explore the attractions of Swakopmund and the Skeleton Coast.
Occupying a quiet corner of Swakopmund’s old town near The Marine Museum and The Old Brewery, Cornerstone Guesthouse offers the charm and intimacy of a family-run B&B combined with the modern amenities of a luxury hotel. Within a few minutes from the Guesthouse, you can walk to beaches, cafés, restaurants, lively pubs, Swakopmund’s tourist attractions and a variety of interesting shops and markets in the town.
Cornerstone Guesthouse is situated in the heart of the Skeleton Coast and offers guests a wide variety of activities and attractions in and around the magnificent coastline. We assist guests with booking various activities to suit their individual needs. From a fun-filled educational experience out in the dunes with Living Desert adventures, to a relaxing morning with a glass of champagne and oysters out on the ocean watching the dolphins. For the more adventurous, get the adrenaline pumping with quad-biking or a scenic flight over the fascinating desert and coastline. For the more laidback guest, a visit to the local History Museum or the interesting Crystal Gallery. We also assist with booking the finest dining in town with recommendations such as The Tug Restaurant, the newly renovated Jetty Restaurant or any of the well-known German restaurants such as the Brauhaus and many others.
