Overview
This comfortable two bedroom cottage (both ensuite) sleeping 4 to 5 people is set in secure quiet surroundings in the Kamberg Valley, with a view you won't believe.
Birding, fishing and the Midlands Meander are the main attatractions in the area, but Giants Castle, Kamberg and High Moor Nature Reserves and the Weenen Game Reserve are all withing striking distance, as well as the Central Drakensberg area.
Several golf courses nearby, a plethora of craft shops, leisure activities and eating establishments will keep you busy during your stay, and for the energetic, a walk down to the dam at the base of the property will reward you with excellent fishing and an abundance of bird life.
The Spring Grove dam, containing both bass and brown trout, borders the property, ( a steep walk though), Be sure to bring your camera and binoculars to make the most of your stay.
Crags Cottage is now off grid so you will not be inconvenienced by load shedding.
