It is within 3 minutes walking distance of The Panorama Medi-clinic, The Panorama Healthcare Centre and The Panorama Oncology Centre.


The garden flats have secure undercover parking and their own private entrances.


Die Peperboom Flat 1 has two bedrooms (sleeps four), its own lounge, kitchen, separate toilet and shower facilities, flat-screen TV with DSTV, microwave a two-burner stove with oven and tea and coffee making facilities. Bedding, towels, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are supplied. A slow-cooker, electric frying pan and braai facilities are available on request.

Die Peperboom Flat 2 is a batchelor flat with two single beds and an en suite bathroom, which has a shower. The flat has built-in cupboards, two easy chairs, flat-screen TV with DSTV, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Bedding, towels, crockery and cutlery are supplied.

Private, own entrance, includes secure undercover parking. First bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and the second bedroom a single bed. Flat is let as a unit and not per room.
