AT DOLPHIN PLACE GUEST HOUSE WE CARE FOR OUR PLANET AND OUR GUESTS THEREFORE WE HAVE INSTALLED SOLAR POWERED “UPS”.
Dolphin Place offers a main bedroom with a queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom with
heated towel rails, a jet spa bath with a shower, basin and toilet. Off this main bedroom
is a bedroom suitable for 2 children younger than 12 years of age. Downstairs is a room
with two single beds and a bathroom with an oval bath and shower, basin and toilet.
To compliment the experience we provide towels, crockery, cutlery, glasses, secure
onsite parking, an alarm, a pizza oven, wood and gas braais, fast free WIFI, a safe, a
dishwasher, an air fryer, a double oven, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and two
fridge \ freezers with plenty of ice. Both indoor and outdoor patios are provided.
This house is also fully fenced providing a child friendly environment.
By prior arrangement, management can provide accommodation for pets,
a jetty and flexible check in and out times.
Please note that there is a policy of no smoking allowed within the house.
At Dolphin Place Guesthouse our guest’s well-being is of the utmost importance
therefore we pay special attention to sanitization.

Ultimate luxury, self-catering.
Dolphin Place is situated in Port Owen alongside the Waterfront Guest House in the picturesque marina.
This luxury holiday home offers self-catering accommodation and is ideal for a family that seeks time alone. The lounge and kitchen are semi-open plan with an indoor gas braai and an outdoor wood braai, you can entertain guests in style. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with heated towel rails and a jet spa bath and shower. The second bedroom is off the main bedroom and is ideally suited for children under 12. The third bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom fitted with an oval bath.
A sleeper couch is also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and air extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, two fridge/freezers, microwave, double eye level oven and an air-fryer. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, towels and linen are provided.
Three air-conditioners are provided throughout the house.
A wood braai, gas braai and pizza oven are provided. Wood and gas are supplied free of charge. The house is covered throughout with free wi-fi.
The house is also fully equipped with UPS systems that run the entire house. So loadshedding will not bother our guests.
Lots of ice is provided for sunset drinks on the patio.
The Guest/s have exclusive use of the house with no sharing of the accommodation with outside parties.
