Overview

The establishment has a Family Flat (3 bedroom unit), a Family Room and a double room.

All bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped to support people with assisted living needs and a certain level of physical disability. Rooms are well suited to business people or post graduate students.

The Family Room can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children or one extra petite adult and one child when needed. Four people in total.

The Family flat can accommodate 6 people and has a separate kitchen area that is very popular with families or small groups. It is available as a unit for minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 people. A sliding scale does exist for 3 to six people - please inquire.

The double room can accommodate 2 people. A carry cot can be added if needed. TVs with commercial DSTV channels are installed in all rooms.

Complimentary ingredients for a light self-catering continental breakfast are available for the first morning of stay. Braai facilities are available. Units/Rooms are serviced daily.

Universitas Ridge is a safe residential area and Duinerus Self-catering Accommodation provides safe and secure covered parking. It is located close to the N1. It offers easy access to the Mall's, University, Sport Stadiums and Hospitals via Main Road - Nelson Mandela Drive.

This room is equipped with double bed. It has a separate outside entrance. The kitchenette/dinette is fully equipped and self-catering. Spacious cupboard and available desk also makes it suitable for more than a few nights stay. The bathroom has a shower only. If necessary, a carry cot can be added. Room serviced daily. Some ingredients for a light self-serve continental breakfast. Secure parking and free Wi-Fi. NB. One night stays for a single person charged at R490 per night and for 2 people sharing at R750.

The unit rate is R1580 (6 people = R263 per person sharing (pps) - irrespective of adult or child occupation & maximum of 6 people. Sliding scale below for less people. Our Family Flat consist of 3 bedrooms - each en-suite and a fully equipped self-catering kitchen and outside entrance. The main bedroom has a double bed, whilst the other two each has two single beds. Each room has a TV, fan, tea/coffee tray, desk, drawer and ample hanging space. One of 3 bathrooms has a bath with shower over bath and the others have showers only. The following sliding scale for this unit is as follows: Minimum Rate = 1-2 Persons= R980 3-4 Persons= R1350 5-6 Persons= R1580 Kids under 1 year= FREE

This Room has an outside entrance and is equipped with a double bed and two small bunk beds, best suited for children or petite adults. Bunk beds are standard length but only 75 cm wide. The bathroom has a shower only and the small kitchenette/dinette is fully equipped and self-catering with a desk/table for enjoying meals. When the bunk-bed is not used for sleeping it serves as a couch. It also has enough cupboard space to make it suitable for a longer stay.
