Eagles Rest is centrally located between the four unspoilt beaches of the Cape. Blaauwberg Strand is renowned for kitesurfing and the picturesque Big Bay, there are bikini beaches in Camps Bay and Clifton, and Muizenberg is known for its surfing and colourful beach kiosks, while Gordons Bay and Strand beaches are known for their fishing and sunbathing.
