Fisherhaven Traveller's Lodge is a 4 Star graded establishment offering a variety of affordable accommodation in the tranquil suburb, Fisherhaven, near Hermanus with a spectacular view of sunsets - making it the ideal place to relax and recharge.
Accommodation includes en-suite standard and double rooms, as well as a family suite. Free Wi-Fi and secure parking is available. Quality bed linen, hair dryer, mini fridge, tea/coffee tray, en-suite or private bathroom, access to guest lounge with TV & DSTV, kitchen and dining facilities.
The lodge also boasts indoor and outdoor barbecue facilities, shaded seating area, an indoor pool & pool table, and our famous Sundowner Deck. Fisherhaven is located near the Botrivier Lagoon, with a spectacular view of the Koggelberg mountains and ocean in the distance making it the ideal place to relax and recharge.
There is so much to do and see in and around the Overberg that one hardly knows where to start. In the immediate coastal region there are over three thousand varieties of indigenous flora. It is also a bird watcher's paradise. There are penguins on the coast, there are seals, whales and dolphins in the sea. There are baboons, buck and the occasional leopard in the hills. For the more adventurous there is wine tasting tours, boat based whale watching, kayaking, fishing, paragliding, sand boarding, rock climbing, abseiling, mountain walks, cycling paths, horse safaris along the beaches.
There are the more extreme sports such as cage diving for Great White Sharks, kite surfing, power boating, scuba diving. The choice is entirely yours. You can lookout for the wild horses wandering around the village or just relax on the deck, enjoy a Sundowner and smile.
