The unit consists of two bedrooms. The Main bedroom has a King sized bed which can be converted into to twin beds should it be necessary. The second bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds. Each bedroom is fitted with air-conditioning.

Fishermans house is a semi detached home. Fishermans house and flat are situated next to each other on a large freestanding property. Fishermans House has with four bedrooms and two bathrooms ideal for a large family. The main bedroom is a double bed with En suite bathroom with a he and she double basin and large shower. The bedroom walks out onto a shared communal pool area. The bedroom also has a large safe in. 2 bedrooms have double beds in and the 3rd bedroom a double bed with a bunk bed, ideal for parents sharing with kids. The main as well as 2 other bedrooms are air-conditioned and the 3rd bedroom has a large ceiling fan. The TV/ entertainment room has a full satellite TV package (DSTV). The modern kitchen boasts a fully self-catering kitchen with a large double door fridge freezer, lots of packing and preparation safe, plenty of electrical equipment (Microwave, kettle, toaster) and a big gas stove oven combination. The kitchen walks out onto a communal entertainment area outside with a large built in braai and plenty of seating area. The shared communal outside area has a pool area, children's play area with a jungle gym and a barbeque area. The property is pet friendly and has two animals on the property; they are however very friendly and well socialized should you wish to bring your animals along. Fishermans house is situated close to the beach, restaurants and all needed amenities including a supermarket, church, bottle store and beauty salon.
