Manzini, formerly known as the Bremarstorb, was founded by Albert Bremer in the late 1880s. Manzini is also known as the hub of Swaziland as it has the largest urban population in the country. Manzini is situated in the middlevelds of the country. There are two large shopping centres found in Manzini - the Bhunu mall and the Hub. These two shopping centres provide an open selection of shops, gift shops, supermarkets, boutiques, banking facilities and access to the internet. Fine crafts worth buying can be seen at the Manzini market which offers a vast selection of arts and crafts, vegetables, fruits, clothing, traditional medicines and much more. Restaurant Marimba specializes in African Cuisine, while the Greater Alpha Restaurant specializes in delicious Swazi cuisine and Portuguese dishes.
