Situated in a peaceful area of Green Point, this cosy, fully furnished studio is ideally situated for access to all major attractions in the city. It is a mere 5 min walk away from the new Green Point stadium.
Only a 2 minute walk will take you to the large selection of shops and restaurants to be found on the Main Road a further 3 minute walk and you can enjoy the V&A Waterfront with its first-class restaurants, exquisite boutiques and live entertainment. Further a field you can explore the world renowned wine routes; scale the breath taking Table Mountain or simply relax on the many secluded beaches the Cape has to offer. The City Center and the Convention Center are easily accessible from there.
Besides the stunning view our Studio Apartment comprises of a large bedroom/lounge which is fitted with a double bed, double sleeper couch, TV, free Wi-Fi , and a lovely dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. All linen is supplied.
For our guests' comfort we recommend the unit for either a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children.
Your hostess Nicole is English & German speaking and is on hand to advise and assist guests on local places to visit, shopping, restaurants and pubs. I am more than happy to arrange a host of activities as well as car or bicycle hire and can arrange an airport transfer service.
