A sunny, spacious, fully equipped self-catering holiday beach house with 'home-away-from-home' comforts. All rooms are simply decorated for perfect holiday living and leads out to a superb wooden deck for relaxing and outdoor entertaining where you can savor the ever changing sunrises and romantic sunsets on cool evenings while enjoying a barbecue or the sight of the path of the full moon over False Bay that will leave you breathless with loved ones and friends.
The self-catering house has 3 bedrooms - The bedrooms are beautifully decorated - 1 bedroom has a Queen Sized bed and 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. There are 2 newly renovated bathrooms (not en suite) 1 with a corner bath and shower and 1 with a walk in shower room, an open plan lounge and dining room with magnificent Ocean and Simon's Town Bay views leading out onto a wooden balcony complete with outdoor furniture and a small garden. Spend time here sipping cocktails while the sky slowly gets darker & the pinks in the sunset pale.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with dishwasher, stove, Microwave, kettle and toaster. Cutlery and crockery is provided.
All linen and towels are provided.
Bring only beach towels, good food and good weather!
There is DSTV hotel package included.
There is Free WIFI!
Wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. Watch the whales in season from your patio.
There is also an outside barbeque/ braai that will further enhance your enjoyment.

The self-catering house has magnificent Ocean and Bay views and is a short stroll into the Simon's Town Village, Seaforth Beach and Boulders Beach famous for its African Penguin Colony.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a lovely open plan lounge and diningroom opening onto a wooden balcony
overlooking the Simon's Town Bay and the working Harbour. It is beautiful at night to see the lights flickering in the distance across the bay.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher.
The house is spacious and has just been refurbished, all bathrooms are new. The bedrooms are spacious, light and airy. All rooms are simply decorated for perfect holiday living.
The large wooden balcony is wonderful for relaxing in the warm African sun and outdoor entertaining where you can savor the ever changing sunrises, romantic sunsets or the sight of the path of the full moon reflected on the ocean that will leave you breathless while enjoying a barbecue with loved ones and friends.
