Overview
Nie-Zel Log Homes is a stylish and comfortable self catering chalets, situated in Numbipark, 3 km from Hazyview on the R40 to White River and 14 km from the Phabeni Gate to the world famous Kruger National Park.
Being centrally located you can explore the Lowveld Panorama in day trips. Graskop, God's Window, Sabie, Pilgrims Rest, Lydenburg, Blydepoort, etc Nie-Zel LogHomes is the ideal getaway base from which to explore the area.
Nie-Zel Log Homes consist of 2 log homes and swimming pool. Each log home has 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, and open plan kitchen/lounge. There is an outside deck with outside braai facilities. Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer.
Each log home sleeps 1-6 guests. Towels and all linen provided, we provide cleaning materials
A few attractions are in Pilgrims Rest; there is an abundance of gorgeous arts and craft shops where one can purchase pottery,stained glass, weaving, hot glass abd even custom crockery. Other exciting activities included horse riding, bird watching, hiking, mountain biking and golfing. The Mount Sheba Nature Reserve boasts a series of outstanding walks offering spectacular scenery.
Lydenburg, Blydepoort which is the 3rd largest gorge, is awe-inspringly magnificent. White River, Nelspruit, Botanical Garden is alive with trees and creates a wonderful haven for visitors. Around 650 tree species indigenous to South Africa dominate the garden, interspersed with ancient cycads and a variety of shrubs. The garden is dominated by a vegetation type known as Sour Lowveld Bushveld that is a link between the true Lowveld and the escarpment, due mainly to the garden’s altitude. There is rarely a dramatic contrast between winter and summer on the Lowveld because of the evergreen nature of trees and shrubs, especially in the riparian zones on the banks of the two rivers, Kaapsehoop, etc
