Kleinkrantz Beach Cottage is a cozy and charming Self-Catering Cottage situated within walking distance to the popular beach of Kleinkrantz, Wilderness.

Tucked away in a quiet residential area at the entrance to this quaint seaside hamlet, the N2 is within easy reach as is Wilderness village which is home to various restaurants, shops and outdoor markets. Kleinkrantz is popular for paragliding, long beach walks and fishing, which are all accessible literally mere steps from your front door. This is also known to be one of the few pet-friendly beaches in the region.

This double-storey holiday house is free-standing, occupying a spacious erf which is fully enclosed, making this a Pet-Friendly Garden Route Holiday House.

On the lower level is a double automated garage with direct access into the house. Upstairs is the house, comprising of an airy lounge with comfortable couches and wood-burning indoor fireplace, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped for a self-catering stay, a light-filled bedroom with Queen size bed and an adjacent bathroom with shower. Enjoy sea views from the living area and bedroom, both with large sliding doors opening onto the balcony, a great vantage point from which to spot dolphins and whales.

Additional house features a smart TV in the lounge, bar counter dining chairs at the kitchen counter, uncapped wifi, outdoor dining table and portable BBQ/Braai on the balcony, as well as an alarm with armed response. There is a washing machine in the garage.

Ideal for a couple seeking a romantic sea-side stay, also for paragliders due to the prime location.

NOTE: If a large group of friends/family, we can combine Kleinkrantz Beach Cottage with Kleinkrantz Beach House or Cape Footprints, both in the same road, alternatively Bella Vista Villa in the adjacent road.

Rates valid to 9 December 2025. Peak Season (10 Dec - 10 Jan) Min 5 nights. Summer Season (11 Jan - 30 Apr; 25 Nov - 9 Dec) Min 3 nights. Winter Season (1 May – 31 July) Min 3 nights. Mid Season (1 Aug - 24 Nov) Min 3 nights. - There is a gas stove top and rechargeable lights. Geyser runs off gas as well. - Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1000 management fee and R 1500 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT. - R 200 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00. - A maximum of 2 people sharing in 1 bed. Please do not exceed this number on any given night. Please bring your own baby camp cot and high chair with. - Do take care of small children at this house as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings. - Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels. - Pets are allowed on the property upon prior request only, subject to owner confirmation. Pet policy applies. - No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets. - Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please. - A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time. - Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry. - This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables. Pet Policy applies: - No dogs are allowed on beds or furniture - A surcharge will be charged should we note dogs on beds/furniture to cover costs of cleaning, or if dogs messed in the house and we need to clean carpets etc. after departure - Please keep an eye on your dogs at all times.
