Overview
La Maison Du Soleil offers self-catering accommodation and is located on the host's property, in the seaside town of Pennington, on the South Coast. The holiday home is ideally situated within six (6)minutes walk to beach, 500 m from the ski-boat club where you can have lunch or dinner with a beverage.
This fully furnished double-storey home can accommodate up to 8 guests and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom contains an extra-length king-size bed, the second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. There are 2 single beds in the open upstairs area for the seventh and eighth guests. The first bathroom upstairs is fitted with a bath with hand shower, hand basin, toilet. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet and is downstairs.
The fully equipped kitchen contains a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, an electric slimline oven and a hob, 2 fridge-freezers, a gas stove with an oven a gas cylinder with a safety regulator and hose, as well as other appliances, and a pantry area. The living area also features sofas to relax on, a Smart TV with YouTube apps, guests are welcome to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card with usb cable. Free Unlimited Fiber.
The garden has a rock swimming pool and a braai area in front of the home. Parking is available inside the property. The host resides on the property and will be on-hand to answer any questions or offer assistance with area-related advice.
