Policies & Procedures
Children under 5 stay free when sharing a Deluxe Double Room with their parents.
Children aged 6 and older are charged R450 per child per night.
Limited extra beds and cots are available—please inform us in advance if children will be accompanying you.
We observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 and kindly request that guests keep noise levels to a minimum as a courtesy to others.
Please note that any cancellations will be refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy, with applicable administrative or bank charges deducted where necessary.
