Overview
Manos Farm Stay offers a serene self-catering refuge in the scenic Koo Valley, just 35 km from Montagu and 2.5 hours from Cape Town. This exclusive two-sleeper chalet features a Kol Kol wood-fired hot tub on the covered stoep and a firepit for stargazing, relaxation, and traditional South African braais.
Inside, the chalet boasts a queen-size bed with soft cotton bedding, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, and 2-plate gas hob, with a breakfast bar overlooking breathtaking mountain views. Free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a fireplace in the lounge area complete the cosy and comfortable experience.
Montagu, a tranquil town rich in historical significance, is renowned for its captivating rock formations, Orchards, vineyards, and therapeutic hot mineral Springs. Guests are invited to explore the local heritage by visiting the wine and fruit farms and engaging in activities such as hiking, walking, cycling, and bird watching within the region. Notably, the Koo Valley, where Manos Farm is nestled, is recognised for its renowned tractor trips and potjiekos experiences on Protea Farm, conveniently located a mere 10 km away from our accommodation.
