'Milorho' is the traditional Tsonga word for 'dreams' or 'dreamer'. If you love the peace and tranquillity of nature and mountainous areas then you are indeed in for a treat as a nature lover, and our "place of dreams" is definitely for you.

We have 5 luxurious cottages which have been awarded a four star rating by the tourism grading council of South Africa. The cottages are situated in a beautifully wooded area on the foothills of the Magaliesburg, all within 100 meters of the rock pools.

We have 2 hiking trails. The trails are unique in that they pass through a gorge, rock pools and waterfalls. There are iron age buildings along the trail as well as an abundance of flora and fauna. The rock formations are out of this world. The trail offers a wide range of terrains and ecosystems. The goal of the trail is to offer visitors opportunities for hiking, recreation and education while enjoying the scenery and wildlife of our area.

Wow! Absolutely amazing! A FREE weekend at a great resort. Couldn't be happier!

If you want to get away from the city and enjoy nature this is the perfect spot! The ablutions and kitchen is the cleanest I have ever seen and the hosts are friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Arriving at Milorho Lodge we were pleasantly surprised with the well designed unit, spaciousness, the cleanliness and quality. We had a great time sitting around the bushveld fire enjoying the night sounds. The gas stove was working great and all kitchen equipment was very helpful. When we got to bed, it was so peaceful and quiet with great mattresses and linen to sleep on. Really a "must have" for every discerning traveller.
