We only stay one evening in the Nightingale Guesthouse, although it was raining heavily on arrival we found the guesthouse easily and all of our needs were met as well as checking in late and checking out early. The facility was warm and clean and we had a good nights rest before our long drive home the next day.

I must say, I have always had serious reservations about booking in at a guesthouse, however during Jan 2014 we needed accommodation on our way back from Cape Town. After our tiring trip I was so pleased when I arrived at Nightingale. It was such a clean, neat, peaceful place and the manageress was so pleasant! It was just the place I would have wanted to be at after a tiring holiday! I wish I had booked an extra night there! If it had a pool I would have given it a 20/1
