Overview
This unit is part of a complex consisting of 12 units and it is on the 2nd floor. It is situated close to the Shelley Centre in Shelley Beach and has direct access to the beach. Swimming beach is about a 10 mins walk from the flat. The unit has a master bedroom with 1 double bed and en suite bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms each with 2 single beds. A beautiful sea view from the balcony which can be accessed from the main bedroom and living area. There is one lock up garage, and guest parking for one. There is a swimming pool in the complex. One set of linen will be provided for each bed, but no towels will be provided.
It has two bathrooms both with showers and 1 bath in the master bathroom (en-suite). The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for 6 people.
This is a self catering unit that is fully equipped fo 6 people. The accommodation is most suitable for familiy holidays. It is not suitable for 6 adults and partying and loud music is not allowed.

Location was stunning. Overall tidyness of the unit could be improved. There was no toilet rolls provided, no bath mat. Used linen was lying in the master bedroom cupboard. Sofas was stained. Caretaker Jan remarked we should have been charged for using the WIFI.
