Rothersands 16 is an extremely popular property. This lovely three bedroom villa is situated within easy walking distance to the popular Robberg Beach. The property has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. There are three bedrooms two of which face the pool and garden and there are three bathrooms. One bedroom with a King bed can be made up into two single beds. The living room space opens onto a lovely outdoor sitting and entertainment area with barbeque. The pool with deck and garden is the ideal spot for absolute relaxation. For those lovely holiday sundowners the upstairs deck area is a treat. This property is suitable for all ages. It has been beautifully decorated and is well equipped.
Please note that there is a refundable breakage deposit of R6000.

Amendment of dates will be based on availability and minimum stay will apply. Extras and fees: The full balance and breakage deposit is due 21 days prior to arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of R6000 is required. The breakage deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure less breakages if any.
