Silke presents most comfortable and personally arranged, fully equipped self-catering apartments, a stone's throw from the beach. Sandcastle is located in a conveniently tranquil part of town, only a short stroll away from the beach and minutes away from the bustling old Colonial style city centre. You are welcome to make use of our garden facilities, the patios with table, chairs and umbrella and the braai area in the garden.
We believe in keeping things warm, personal and intimate and offer affordable holiday and business stopover accommodation in Swakopmund to guests who cherish their privacy, freedom and mobility. We offer 4 sunny, spacious and authentically decorated apartments and 1 double room with en-suite bathroom, set in a lush landscaped garden. Book your stay in the ATLANTIC, ELEPHANT, ZEBRA or LION apartment and WEAVER'S NEST double room. Relax around our BBQ with a sundowner after a busy day out on the dunes, or drift away to dreamland to the gentle swish of a calming ocean.
Linen and towels are provided. Extra blankets for colder nights are provided in each flat and the double room. Each bathroom of the apartments provides Namibian and German wall sockets as well as a hair-dryer. Flat screen TV in each lounge (not in Double Room) Each flat & double room has a room-safe. WLAN (WiFi) 4G LTE access through the whole building free of charge.
Absolutely no smoking in the building. Smoking areas existing in the garden. No pets allowed.
Each flat and double room has its own entrance door and is secured by G4S security service.
Sandcastle building is secured all round the house at night for a certain time period.
We offer continental breakfast served into the apartment for a private, relaxed start of the day from 7 am on.

WEAVER'S NEST is our new built, cheaper alternative to our apartments for those guests, who don't need a spacious apartment with kitchen, lounge and dining area, BUT look for a clean, spacious and tidy room with en-suite bathroom.
The double room is equipped with movable twin-beds - can stand separately or together as one - a wardrobe, table & chairs, a fridge, room-safe, cordless kettle, tea & coffee station as well as all necessary linen and towels.
The en-suite bathroom comes with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, basin and electric plug for razors. The room has its private entrance and an individual alarm system. WiFi access 4G LTE in the room free of charge.
