From 2 sleepers up to 10 sleepers.i.e. 6 sleeper is 3 bedrooms. 10 sleeper is 3 bed rooms plus family room .Complex can accommodate group bookings up to 24 ersons. A mild sub-tropical climate and year-round sunshine combined with easy access to entertainment, sports, service and shopping facilities and a wide choice of restaurants. This makes an ideal destination for the "fun-in-the-sun seekers' and also for those needing peace and tranquillity.

Sea-spray are members of KwaZulu Natal Tourism and Hibiscus Coast Tourism also member of B&B Network (self catering) We reserve the right to accommodate guests in alternative cottages should an existing guest decide to remain longer. We also reserve the right of accommodation.
All cottages in Margate are very comfortable and fully equipped and furnished with a DSTV cable in each cottage. (Bring own decoder and smart card. These are Self-catering.)

Towels and toiletries not provided. Private braai area have been provided for each cottage and house.
Maid may be hired at R200 per day or R50 per hour. Max 2 hours per cottage. R100 per load for laundry. R100 per load for tumble drier. R200 once off for trailer parking.
Maid service can be arranged when confirming booking. Otherwise; all units are Self-catering. Bedding supplied for beds only but not sleeper couches. (bedding may be hired for sleeper couches @ R100 per couch). Holiday makers to supply their own towels, toiletries and cleaning material. Smoking is banned in all units. No Hubbly Bubbly allowed at Sea-spray i.e. inside or outside. Lap dogs permitted. Permission required for dogs.
The establishment is not responsible for any injuries, theft or breakages. Motor vehicles are parked at own risk. All accommodation is protected by alarm systems and armed response, security doors and all opening windows have burglar proofing. Residents only are permitted to park at Establishment.
We have 3 water tanks at Sea-spray and do not have a water problem.

Breakage deposit R1000 cash on arrival. Admin fee: R500 R500 last days laundry. Downstairs:- 2 single beds Lounge-dining room NOTE WE DO NOT SUPPLY BEDDING AND LINEN FOR SLEEPER COUCHES.
