1. Our tariffs for 2 nights and longer are as follows:

For 1 person – R1000,
For 2 persons – R1000,
For 3 persons – R1150,
For 4 persons – R1300,
For 5 persons – R1450,
For 6 persons – R1600,
For 7 persons – R1750,
For 8 persons – R1900,


For weekenders (if bookings allows) the check in time is 14:00 and check out time is 16:00 EXCLUDING PEAK SEASON.
The check in time in Peak Season is from 16:00 and check out time is 10:00

2. Overnighters

The tariff for overnighters for Seagulls Seasong is from R1000 per unit / apartment for 1-2 guests, thereafter an additional fee of R200 per person applies. Towels, tea, milk and sugar are provided.
The check in time is 14:00 and the check out time is 10:00 EXCLUDING PEAK SEASON

3. Peak Season Tariffs

The tariff for these periods is fixed per house / unit / apartment and will be quoted on request.

If the booking includes either Christmas or New Year a 10 day booking period is applicable
If the booking includes both Christmas and New Year a 14+ day booking period is applicable
Shorter periods can be accommodated if bookings allow.
A minimum stay applies over long weekends
No check in or check outs on 24 December, 25 December, 26 December, 31 Dec, 01 January, 02 January
PEAK SEASON check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00

4. General

The booking agent is responsible to liaise with the guests for damages and breakages.

5. Cancellation Policy

In the case of a booking cancellation the following policy will take effect:
1 month or longer from arrival date: 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded.
2-4 weeks from arrival date: 25% of the deposit amount will be refunded.
Less than 2 weeks from arrival date: The deposit amount will not be refunded.
