Villa Selati Guest House is a lovely accommodation choice for those that appreciate a homely atmosphere. Genuine South African hospitality and excellent home-cooked meals are part of the experience that makes Villa Selati ideal for business and leisure travellers.
We have 22 luxuriously furnished rooms all with ensuite bathrooms and private entrances. We can cater for groups of up to 11 guests at a time.
We have a very big and beautiful space we are hosting tea parties, kiddies parties, and conferences

We are near shops
The establishment consists of 22 luxuriously furnished rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. In-room facilities include blankets, heaters, bar fridges and TVs with DStv channels. Ample parking is provided for your vehicle in a secure parking area, ensuring your peace of mind. A full South African breakfast which is served in the dining room is available with prior arrangement during weekdays at an additional cost of R100.00. Two-course dinners are also available; please enquire when you make your booking.
The house features a lovely garden which is complemented by a sparkling swimming pool. Rest assured you'll sleep peacefully knowing that you'll be located in a quiet neighbourhood.
There are six guest rooms:
•Room 1 is an Executive room has got a queen bed with own bathroom
•Room 2 is a bridal suite has got a king size bed with own bathroom
•Room 3 is another Executive suite with a queen bed and a single bed with own bathroom
•Room 5 has got a queen bed with own bathroom
•Room 8 is a single room with own bathroom
•Room 9 is a single room with bathroom
All the rooms have a small fridge, kettle, coffee, sugar and milk with 2 glasses and 2 mugs

Where pricing is “per unit” the Average Price Per Person based on maximum occupancy is used for the price range comparison.
