Overview
Beautiful scenery, charming, friendly people, fascinating history, local culture and a wealth of activities in the area; Stanford Valley Guest Farm couldn’t be better situated. A few minutes drive from the historical village of Stanford in the Western Cape, our farm is nestled in a beautiful valley surrounded by fynbos and mountains.
All nineteen en-suite rooms have a superb view, a private veranda and a secluded garden, some have also outside showers. The older cottages, like the 150year-old 'Stables Cottage' have reed and beam ceilings, modern en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes.
Old meets new in our 100-year old barn, which has been artfully converted Conference Centre, equipped with data projector, TV, DVD and flip charts. Break-away rooms are available, wireless internet connection is provided.
ACTIVITIES
Enjoy our 440ha farm, with scenic walks or have a swim in our dam.
You will find endless beaches at De Kelders and Hermanus close by.
Shark cage diving and whale watching are popular as are sunset cruises on the Klein River, fly-fishing for trouts, mountain biking and squad biking. There are some excellent wineries just 3km away.
